Rhinostère

One of the five Ministries of Magic found in Windurst, focuses on the properties and cultivation of plants ("Rhinostery" is a combination of the words "ministery" and "rhinal" -- smell). Located in Canaux de Windust south at J-8/9. The current minister is Rukususu, who is out doing field work in the Northlands.
